Review & approve
Coordinators check every trip before it's billed. MiloTrack flags problems like a rider left onboard or an odometer reading that went backwards, so they get fixed now instead of at billing time.
Billing & adjudication
Export approved trips with per-rider mileage. When the payer responds, mark each rider as Paid, Partial, or Denied, and you'll always know what's been paid and what's still outstanding.
When GPS drops out
Bad signal on a rural road? Drivers can type the address or keep going without a location. The trip still gets logged, and a coordinator is asked to check it.
Medicaid and private pay
Mark each rider as Insurance (Medicaid) or Private Pay. Private-pay riders are billed at a rate you set, and their trips sit in the same place as your Medicaid trips.
